Refund policy

At PioneerHerbals.com, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or has leaked during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@pioneerherbals.com and provide the following information:

Your order number
A description of the damage or leak
A photo of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in

Once we receive this information, we will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to return the product for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we will only accept returns for products that have been damaged, leaked during transit or is a misshipment, We do not accept returns for any other reason.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you choose to exchange the product, we will ship the replacement item to you after receiving the confirmation of the damage and accepting the same.
